Within one business day, by call, text or email. If I need to see it, we set a time.
- You get a written quote
A clear description of the work and one price. Larger jobs take a deposit to cover materials.
- The work gets done
On the agreed date, cleaned up after. You're invoiced when the job is finished.

Deposits
No deposit under $200. From $200 to $500, a 30% deposit. Over $500, the deposit covers the cost of materials.
Payment
Cash, check, or Venmo. Invoices can also be paid online by card or bank transfer.
Scheduling
Most work happens on weekends and weekday afternoons. Your quote includes a target date.
